A rep for the singer told TMZ that Celine gave birth to twins on Saturday morning, October 23.
The twin boys were born at 11:11 AM and 11:12 AM at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. One boy weighed 5 pounds 4 ounces and the second one weighed 5 pounds 10 ounces. Both are healthy, however they will remain in an incubator for a couple of days.
